We want your shopping experience with Hevaly to be a good one. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
Before You Accept Delivery
Please inspect your package carefully in front of the delivery person — check that you've received the right item and that the packaging is intact.
This makes it much easier to resolve any issues quickly if something's wrong.
What Qualifies for a Return
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The product arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, undamaged, returned with original tags and packaging, and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
What Doesn't Qualify
- Items that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items missing their tags or original packaging
- Complaints raised after the 24-hour window has passed
- Change-of-mind returns requested outside the applicable timeframe
How to Request a Return
- Contact our helpline within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Share your order number and a description of the issue
- Send photos or a short video if possible
- Once reviewed, we'll guide you through the return or exchange steps
Who Covers Shipping Costs
- If it's our mistake — wrong item, damaged product, or manufacturing defect — we cover the full return shipping cost.
- If it's a change-of-mind return, the shipping cost may be your responsibility.
Refund Process
Once a return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds may go back to your original payment method: bKash, Nagad, or card
- Refunds may also be issued through another mutually agreed method
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent via bKash or Nagad after confirming your number
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? As long as the item is unused, has original tags, and is reported within 24 hours, we're happy to process an exchange — subject to stock availability.
If your preferred size or color isn't in stock, we'll arrange a refund instead.
